Writing Birds Show
Hooray! Last night Mary performed with Blackskylight frontman Fabrizio Siciliano as part of his new solo project, The Writing Birds. And boy, was it fun! Thanks much to Fab for letting Mary play, and to the Delancey in NYC for being so lovely!
Mary will be playing another show with the Writing Birds on September 2nd in Doylestown (go to the tourdates page for full info). And don't worry, she will be scheduling some new Box Five shows very, very soon!
On that note, sorry for the lack of Box Five news lately! Mary is working on a couple of things; she'll tell you all about them soon! Promise! <3

Mary to perform with The Writing Birds
Yay! Box Five's silly little Mary Bichner is proud to announce that she will be performing with Blackskylight frontman Fabrizio Siciliano in his new musical side project, The Writing Birds for two exciting shows coming soon!
Don't worry, she will still be performing as Box Five (it's still her baby and main project! <3), and new B5 shows should be announced soon.
Anyhoo, you can catch the Writing Birds at the following shows on the following dates :

With: PlaywrightMary will be playing various instruments (piano, glockenspiel, etc) and singing backing vocals on Fabrizio's compositions, and there is a possibility she'll be playing a Box Five tune or two at these shows as well...hope to see you there! <3
