New Show: Box Five, Live @ Intermezzo on 10/22/05!
Hooray! Mary Bichner, the classipop songstress better known as Box Five, will be performing an hour-long set on Saturday, October 22nd at the Intermezzo Cafe in Philadelphia, PA. She'll be joined on stage by classical guitarist Brent Missimer, and will be playing a lovely assortment of Box Five tunes, including some brand new compositions she's been hiding under her bed. :)

A multi-topic update; here we go:

Katrina
First off, hugs and love to everyone who was affected by Hurricane Katrina last week. For anyone interested in contributing to the relief efforts, there are a number of organizations such as the American Red Cross who are accepting donations on the victims' behalf to provide food, clean water, and medical services.

Last night's Writing Birds show
Mary played keyboards and sang backing vocals yesterday evening for Fabrizio Siciliano's solo project, The Writing Birds, during his set at the Classic Cigar Parlor in Doylestown. It was mucho fun -- thanks to both Fab and to Playwright for inviting Mary along! <3

Mary appears as guest vocalist on "We'll Survive"
You can listen to a newly-recorded version of the Writing Birds tune "We'll Survive", featuring Mary on backing vocals, by visiting the Writing Birds Myspace page right here:

Writing Birds Show II
