New Show: BOX FIVE, Live @ the Tin Angel 11/08/06
The Newsdiary is pleased to announce that BOX FIVE will once again be performing at the illustrious Tin Angel on Wednesday, November 8th. Mary will be joined onstage by a super awesome rock band, as well as a fabulously lovely string quartet. WOOOHOO! :D
Also performing that evening will be Keisha Hutchins and Adrienne Hamilton, two gorgeous ladies with amazing voices and heartfelt songs. Check them out, you will love them! <3
Tickets are $8.00 and can be purchased in advance on the Tin Angel website, OR in person at the door on the night of the show. BUT, there is a chance this show might sell out ahead of time, so it's probably best to purchase your tickets early. Hurry hurry! :)

Missiveboard back online
HOORAY! Thanks to the magical powers of boardie "dan-uk", the Box Five missiveboard is finally back online. Mary has yet to change the board from the default phpbb2 layout, but other than that everything is up and running. So come on in, and post away! :D

Tonight's Show CANCELLED Due to Weather :(
Hey all,
Due to weather conditions (it's windy, rainy, and rather chilly here in Philly) the Newtown Clock Shoppe has cancelled its outdoor concert this evening, so Box Five sadly will not be performing. :( Alas!
Don't worry though, additional shows are in the works, so please check back soon!

Box Five @ the Newtown Clock Shoppe, 10/06/06
Don't forget! This Friday, good ol' B5 will be playing a set outside of the Newtown Clock Shoppe for the hamlet's charming First Friday Festival. In addition to Mea-chan on guitar and vocals, Chris Pires on drums and Tim Warneck on cello; the line-up will also feature Bamboo Jazz keyboardist Joe Gribbin on glockenspiel. Actually, tonight at practice, it was christened the "Rockenspiel". And when Joe asked me, "Mary, how much 'spieling do you want in these songs?" I replied, "Joe...'spiel what you feel."
Box Five rehearsals are punderful. 0:)
