New Digital Single, Release Parties, Boston Herald Article...and a new album??

Hi one and all! Mary has so many great things to tell you this week, that she doesn't know where to start! So she guesses she'll start at the beginning:

STREAM "UNPREDICTABLE" PRIOR TO ITS RELEASE, COURTESY OF WMBR 88.1FM
As we're sure you know by now, Box Five is releasing a brand new digital single, entitled "Unpredictable" on July 10th. Starting this Friday, the single will be available for purchase right here at boxfive.org thanks to the Quidplayer, a pay-what-you-wish music downloading service. Groovy! But, if you just can't wait until July 10th, and need to hear the new single RIGHT NOW...well goodness, are you in luck! "Unpredictable" world premiered last evening on Cambridge's WMBR 88.1FM, during the Pipeline! program with Jeff Breeze, which you can now stream (the whole show, Box Five's tune included!) at the following URL:

And don't forget, Box Five will be performing TWO special gigs in honor of our new single; one at the Lilypad in Cambridge MA on July 10th at 7pm (a co-bill with the awesome Christopher Barnes, who will be releasing a new digital single of his own, called "Balloon Swallower"); and one at L'etage in Philadelphia PA on July 19th. Both gigs will feature a string and woodwind quartet and the Philly show will feature a rock band to boot, so be sure to visit Box Five's tour dates page to get all the info! <3 (PS - Bring your flash drive to either gig and we will give you the new digital single...FOR FREE!
